AC Peas by Joel | Aug 21, 2014 | Comics | 9 comments 9 Comments Isis on August 21, 2014 at 8:55 pm A bag of frozen peas does feel awesome on the back of your neck or on your forehead when it feels like it’s one of those days where you’re living 4 steps from the sun. joelduggan on August 21, 2014 at 9:23 pm I have a gel-ice pack that I keep in the freezer pulled muscles or twisted ankles. I’ve definitely nicked it for cooling off one or seven times. Cat on September 2, 2014 at 12:59 am I live in Arizona, and my vehicle does not have air conditioning. I know this feel XD joelduggan on September 2, 2014 at 9:57 am Whoof. I can’t imagine not having AC in Arizona. I was in Phoenix just long enough to get off a plane and get on another one in July and you could feel how hot it was through the gate. Robert Gidley on September 24, 2014 at 4:52 pm Hmm. No new comics in a month. Is Joel okay? joelduggan on September 24, 2014 at 10:37 pm Hi Robert. Thanks for the concern. I’m OK. I’m just slammed. I definitely owe the community a blog post explaining what’s going on, but the short of it is that I had to get a part time job and the training is full time, for now. I’ll try to get that blog post up ASAP. Robert Gidley on September 26, 2014 at 4:23 pm Whew! Glad you’re not trapped with one hand in the freezer trying to subsist on whatever’s within reach and about to overdose on peas. joelduggan on September 27, 2014 at 12:49 pm I prefer fresh to frozen. So, my choices would be limited to ground beef, ice cubes, three frozen dinners, a quart of strawberries, loaf of garlic bread, and half a liter of low-fat ice cream (So, it’s really not ice cream at all.) I bought by mistake. Again, sorry about the delay in creative posts. Robert Gidley on September 30, 2014 at 5:03 pm True. There is no point to low-fat ice cream. It’s like sugar-free Pixie Stix.
