Isis on July 25, 2014 at 8:18 pm As someone who has year-round summer, I have, very often, wished I could do just what Nigel’s doing here, and stick myself in my fridge. Would be great to sit in there eating ice cream sandwiches. joelduggan on July 25, 2014 at 9:38 pm I can imagine. I live on the coast, where we get three of the four seasons. Summer, Fall and Winter. Spring is really just winter with less snow and more rain. The humidity – specifically in my current apartment – is a problem. I’ve been to the Caribbean before and couldn’t believe how warm it was, even in November! Though, I’m guessing my Canadian blood had something to do with that. Isis on July 28, 2014 at 8:44 pm Time of year doesn’t really matter. We have 2 seasons, hurricane season and “every day”, although they do officially say it’s rainy, dry and hurricane season. But the first 2 are misleading, since there are hot, sunny days during the rainy season and wet, flood-causing days during the dry season. Hot, it’s what we have here. joelduggan on July 28, 2014 at 8:52 pm For us we have “Halifax”, which translates to “Stick your head out the window if you really want to know what’s going on.” Mike Sweetman on July 29, 2014 at 7:05 am lol…so true!
