Work, work, work, all day long.
Work, work, work, while I sing this song.
So far, 2013 has been a very busy for me. On top of happily working through the list of fulfillment orders from the Starcrossed: Volume One Indiegogo campaign, two large contracts have come to my door that I just could not pass up. It has meant a bit of traveling on my part – Ottawa two weeks ago and Montreal later this week – and crunched the time usually available for my comic update. Sorry for the delay! I’ve worked really hard to be able to be an independent artist, working full time from home, but sometimes it means taking on a bit more than I can normally handle at once ahead of those unknown months when there is no work around at all.
If you’re a regular reader, Indiegogo supporter, or someone currently waiting for a commission, please know that I really appreciate your patience as I plough through the work on my plate. I have not forgotten about you! If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.
In the mean time, here is a look at a couple Starcrossed: Volume One Artist Edition sketches. All artist editions come with a little note from me, but I’ve cropped off the personal messages here so that anyone still waiting for their book to arrive are still surprised when they open the front cover. Spoiler free!
